Nokia saw the future first. But in the battle between hardware and software, software won. The Windows decision cost them everything. It was Nokia’s loss and perhaps Apple’s opportunity. Still, I hope one day we see those truly creative phones make a comeback! 👍🏻

This @AmericanAir nightmare keeps getting bizzare. They booked us on @porterairlines who delayed take off from @TorontoPearson by 1.5 hours. What followed was a 5 hour layover at Phoenix. Now they've moved the Portland connection by another 3 hours. I can hear crying babies.

Appalled by the sheer lack of customer service at @AmericanAir. Granted poor weather conditions lead to frustrating situations. But not being able to make alternative arrangements for the 4 of us is quite... Strange. #AmericanAirlines #Fail

What a lovely airport at @AAI_Official Tirupati! Strange experience on @IndiGo6E. We were seated at Row 4. Some 2 minutes later, a gentleman showed up and asked to be seated at 4A. We then found out he was headed to Vijaywada and not Bangalore. Boarding pass checked 2 times!
