On #StopFoodWasteDay - April 24 - join us for the launch of our new short doc. In Canada, 58% of the food we produce is wasted. 🐮 can transform food loss, food waste and byproducts into delicious and nutritious beef - a great sustainability story.

Thanks @CanCattle for the invite to view the new film “Reduce, Reuse, Ruminate” last night in Toronto. Great to see such a great explanation of the beef industry’s commitment reducing food waste - and featuring #ontag farmer Mike Buis. Watch it if you get a chance.

Happy #CdnAgDay! As a born and raised city kid, I couldn't be happier to have found a path in agriculture. Thankful for the places it has taken me, the time spent in nature with both livestock and wildlife and the incredible people it has brought into my life.

The Canadian Cattle Association is hoping to push back on what it sees as the beef industry's bad rap and instead promote the idea that grazing cattle preserves grasslands and promotes biodiversity.
