Excellent point @dhinchcliffe company culture is dictated by society, it bleeds in. Women took on most caring roles during covid and knocked back career progression #hcltechinsights.
Here's one of the more recent summaries of the barriers facing women leaders in #tech. We have to do better as a society and industry. While 27% of CIOs of Fortune 500 companies are women, only 8% of tech CEOs are. #HCLTechInsights #cio #IT #WomenInTech

Historical bias! We have come a long way to break the stereotypes but bias has led to not enough role models. Will take time to correct. #hcltechinsights.
