I live in one of the areas where this is true. It’s the same criminal faces day after day. Nobody does anything about it.
Our society is held hostage by a tiny minority of violent, anti-social degenerates. What makes it all the more infuriating is that it doesn’t have to be like this. We could have all of these criminals off the street permanently in the span of a few months if we had the will.
