This is me in the video getting assaulted by an unknown man in Bangalore while my sister is still screaming in shock, unable to understand what just happened in matter of seconds. All of this took place inside my society (1/10)

New design systems interview is out ✨ https://t.co/detUukDmXr This time we were talking with @_kamlesh_ about their process for building cross-platform system in Razorpay. Got some great nuggets and examples of how they're making decisions. 100% worth checking 🤯

When we set out to build something new, it is important to sometimes go with the flow. Your intuition is the biggest tool in your toolkit! I've always wanted to enable early engineers in everything I took 10 years to figure out.

Things I wish I would've learned earlier as a software engineer: 1. Your manager cannot read your mind. Say what you are thinking. 2. Obsessing about learning will help you 10x more than obsessing about promotions. 3. You haven't solved a problem until you understand the "why".

Being a software engineer is not just about coding, biggest pain is those continuous meetings with stakeholders and still not getting clarification on what to implement. And you can’t escape this, because their perspective really matters. Coding is just 2% of the actual work!

If you’re thinking of joining an early stage startup, especially in a senior role, you need to think like a VC I’ve personally left life-changing $ on the table because I didn't know the right questions to ask Sharing a partial list below
