a lot of people stay stuck because they’re afraid to suck. but mastery is just the willingness to be bad at something for longer than most people can handle.

2025 startup founder starter kit:. – slightly feral.– building in public.– crying in private.– $500/mo in AI tool bloat.– an agent you pretend is your cofounder.– powered by vibes and unprocessed emotions.

what most people get wrong about negotiations. is thinking it’s adversarial.thinking it’s about winning. it’s not. it’s about clarity, leverage, and the power to walk away.when the terms don’t honor your value. don’t let ego be the loudest voice in the room.

when you start seeing roadblocks as checkpoints, everything shifts. it’s not the obstacle that defines you—.it’s what you do with it. break, build, redirect.that part’s up to you. how you respond is the real game.

Go build something. Go write the report. Go invest in that project. It's crazy how much you'll learn, grow and earn when you stop waiting for approval at every step. Im not saying to blatantly go against good advice from people, I'm saying get started on the good ideas.

lesson from @figma's notice to @lovable_dev :. no one scrambles harder to assert threats, generate noise, and claw for “mindshare” than a flailing incumbent rattled by a couple of kids building something cool. if they were really confident in their moat, they'd just ship.

most of the time startup success = skill × timing × how much existential chaos you can metabolize without combusting.

no one great won by staying safe and coloring between the lines . set the plan on fire, cry if you must, and then give them a reason to be scared.
