Couldn't agree more! My research shows that companies emphasizing a positive employee experience are 4 times more profitable. It's not just about perks; it's about creating a workplace where people thrive.
Many companies think offering perks like free food, unlimited vacation, or massages is the key to attracting and retaining top talent. However, this strategy sets them up for failure. Focus on improving the overall employee experience instead and you will get better results.

1st interactions w/ a potential employer/boss sets the tone for the long haul. Feeling respected + heard in the interview? Good sign for your employment journey. If the warm fuzzies are missing during interviews, big 🚩 no matter the $’s they’re offering! Proceed w/caution or 🏃🏾♀️.
