Pushed a Hookstore dev console update with better guidance and quick start doc for developers. I'd like to do a group video call next week for interested devs, where i can introduce the process and gather feedback for improving it. Please DM if interested.

The readme still shows what was required to do as a dev, to compile and install and set the hooks. 15 minutes later (and a bit more because we uncovered a few bugs along the way), @ekiserrepe can test it even easier from the dev console and make it easy for everyone install.
