The fact Richard Allen's appeal doesn't get to ritual killing until Issue G on page 103 proves 1. His appellate lawyers are much better than his trial lawyers and 2. The Odinism theory is a frivolous embarrassment. Ineffective assistance of counsel remains his best bet.

Will have more later, but summarily Allen raises three issues: 1) trial court erred in admitting evidence seized and not conducting a Franks hearing; 2) trial court erred in admitting Allen’s statements; and, 3) trial court denied Allen’s right to present a defense.
