So true for first-time founders and rarely mentioned:.
A big mistake I see early stage founders make: . They seek out too much advice. It contradicts. They don’t know what to do. They end up trying bits of everything. Conclusion: wasted time, unfocused strategy. Solicit 2-3 core opinions, move fast, test and move faster.
