You ultimately charged me 265HKD "service fee" for this terrible experience, it took me 2 hours to book the ticket trying all manner of different cards, and having to reload and navigate through the queue.

This was done all on desktop, the only way I could eventually get tickets was by doing it all on my mobile phone over cellular data. I assume Issue 2 was something wrong with my IP address, but it was from a standard HK home internet connection.

Issue 2: Once you've waded through the giving credit card details, where it should have shown 3D credit card verification as I approved the transaction in banking app, I got this. It was nothing to do with credit card information, as it was shown pretty much immediately.
