I'm gonna temporarily shut down my handle--: every now and then, this reset feels necessary for me.

I can't be only one in my X cohort who thinks "Devil Inside" is a superb song--can I?

It would have been delightful to see Michael Hutchence era INXS.

i teach a class of high schoolers about civic engagement, and they all want to create better mental health resources at their schools. today one kid was like "all we have is one mental health day a year where we make our own bars of soap. and that soap is...untrustworthy soap"

I hope chocolate hibiscus sauce ends up tasting good: it sounds kinda terrible because I'm on whole not a hibiscus fan.

Working in special-ed has and is significantly and in exciting ways altering my intellect--chiefly via learning to operate within radical immanence: the immediate need is so immediate.

There's a YouTube channel I'm addicted to: a woman shops online, but with the most genius format. I find it very relaxing.

What's the most wicked and superb and plain-spoken dressdown you've ever read by a writer? For me it's definitely Toni Morrison's response to some quips that her sentences require too much effort: "It's called reading."

@HDunn_Writer Once, I conducted a poll asking people's favorite Taco Bell sauce, and a writer blocked me over it.
