In other words, your lookup value must always be before what you’re looking for. A value means just one cell while array means many values. The lookup array means the known or the list of values, while the look up value means just one value.

The VLOOKUP function is use to search for a value, but it limitation is, it searches from the beginning to the end which is also from the left to right, meaning whatever value you’re looking for, you must select your table or range from that column.

The lookup values are use to automate excel report so one can easily automatically update the report when a new thing is added to the report. It is also use to merge two different tables.

The substitute, replace or IF function to change values or the add conditioner columns could also be use if dataset is loaded to the power query.

After discovering patterns and getting insight of the data. Also checked for different case (upper/lower case) and make it uniformed by using the =proper[Trim (Text)] function. Trim- removes all extra spaces while Proper- convert to uniform cases.

Started by formatting the dataset to an excel table to be sure it’s cleaned thoroughly by filtering and sorting. Went ahead to align each of the cells to contain the content in them. Checked the columns to see data quality and also delete unwanted columns which should be done….

Day 6 of relearning Data analysis. @ezekiel_aleke took us a step by step dataset cleaning. Showed how we can get dirty dataset from UCI, Kaggle, and chat gpt. Ended up using sales dataset for practice from chat gpt

Day 5 of relearning Data analysis. Rounded up power query by adding conditional columns, then moved to conditional formatting, and was taught how to make use of color scales, highlighting cells rules, data bar and the likes. Class by @ezekiel_aleke

The Final App update now has a suspects list section and a cybercrime section where users can submit suspects with their images and details of their crimes. App Launches in 2 weeks and will be invite only. This app is free for users. I have other Apps to make money from. Stay
Instead of hosting a telegram group, I have decided to just use an app by invite only. Once the build is completed, several community members will receive the invite only app. This is to deter blackmailers from infiltrating and deterring the intent of this movement.
