In 2021/22 we won on #casualisation banning zero hours contracts at #RCA creating Associate Lecturer roles. Now SMT are proposing an ideological restructure in the School of Design that means 19 fixed-term Associate Lecturers will not be renewed @defendthearts @ucu_solidarity
