Bengaluru has about 1,15,00,000 vehicles. The air quality is absolutely fine as of 3 PM today. Dilli has about 1,25,00,000 vehicles. The air quality is beyond hazardous levels now. Both are landlocked cities. The only major difference is - there is no Punjab near Bengaluru..
