Sadly an #unpopularopinion here: Scientists shouldn't delay publishing just because English is not their native tongue. It's discriminatory and bad for science, and I really hope that editors are doing better than this guy here. Read more on this subject:
I don't think you have to be a physicist to see that the new "room-temperature superconductor" preprint looks dodgy as hell. Poorly-written and formatted, typos, ridiculously overblown language like in the screenshot below. This is not a serious study. Sorry!
