20+ years later & this is still very special for me. Growing up in TN you knew the importance of beating Florida. Getting to play a small role in that very thing was the honor & thrill of a lifetime. Hope these current Vols get to sing in the locker room tomorrow! Beat Florida!

Frustration stems from lack of consistency. 1 week its D, next week its O, or penalties, or in game decisions. Fanbase steps up huge financially (NIL & season tix), travels well, & participates in theme games, so when the on field product falls short, it’s fair to expect gripes.
I’m not picking on Wes because he knows the pulse in Knoxville, but Tennessee was in the playoff *last year* and is 6-3 with chance to be 9-3 after nearly two decades of dysfunction. It feels like people have forgotten that 50% of teams will lose every week. Someone has to
