Booking for Hyperservice doesn’t work on the app. Called customer service and the rep had no clue what “hyperservice” meant. He checked with his team and came back saying it'll be available only after Oct 10! Your appetite for innovation is well known. Now fix service, will you?

I was on the phone with @OlaElectric customer service and he hadn't heard of hyperservice! After checking with his colleagues, he said the service will be available in Oct 10 onwards. In the meanwhile, if I try to “book a dropoff” for hyperservice on the app, I get a white screen
