#MarathonTraining.Bizarrely, had a FAR lower HR sprinting up/down hills than I did for the 'easy' run back. Bonus nature moment - saw 2 baby oyster-catchers in their nest (we were crossing a bridge - their nest was on the old pillars of the removed bridge just below us)
