Update: We are officially tapering for the 1/2 marathon. Ran my longest distance ever on Sunday (sub 10min/mi.), and today was the fastest 4 miles outdoors at an average 9:26/mile. Never would have thought this was where we would be at. 🥰

I just jogged 5 miles straight and averaged a 10:13min/mi. High school me, try-hard-to-run/walk-one-mile-in-twelve-minutes me, is so 👏🏻 damn 👏🏻 proud 👏🏻 of herself.
