I went to grad school here (Cambridge). Paid for it with cash from my previous startup. Had an incredible time with the smartest people I've ever met. Made friends for life. Opened up countless opportunities. Be careful taking advice from people who haven't walked your path.

Often when GPT-5 gives me an answer I don't think is quite right I copy it over to Claude (Opus 4.1) and ask it to review it for me. GPT-5 has a real tendency to "over-analyze" things and Claude is much better at being practical and clear. This makes Claude significantly more

@alistairmcleay a lot of things slightly worth sharing, but i try to tweet at most 1-3 times a day any posts i've had that i would say were 'actually good' just popped instantly into my mind out of nowhere
