I’m sorry, but getting a custom model with custom rig shouldn’t be cheap. Vtubing shouldn’t be cheap. I used to think it should but I don’t anymore. It’s too much damn work and you NEED to go to someone skilled. Thats why I quit taking commissions for it.

I’d rather pay out the ass or just do it my fucking self. That’s why I actually make my own models, because I literally don’t trust other people in my price range to do better. I finally found someone I want to go to that’s worth it, and I plan to pay more than they charge.

I’m genuinely sick of people selling live2d models with no clue how to actually do shit, and people pay for it because it’s cheap. I’ll only go to someone that’s cheap if they have identifiable proof that they know what they’re doing. Otherwise I seek out costly artists.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve done unpaid work for my boyfriend so he doesn’t have to do it because someone went to a shit ass artist. I don’t care how good it looks, I’ve had to repair and totally redraw parts to make something function so my boyfriend doesn’t suffer.
