Oi @Selfridges, I am expecting a delivery today and was promised a call/text/email yesterday to give me a time. It’s almost noon and nothing. I’ve tried calling the number I was given and nothing. This is pretty poor customer service.

.@OctopusEnergy Small business unit (sole owner) 14' x 18'. One small fridge 60cm cubed. AC when needed. Electric only. Only change, contract ended in July. Even so, how do you justify a 625% increase? "A better experience for customers...and better value for money" REALLY???
