consumers switch to EVs, heat pumps, and all things home electrification because they are better products. majority could not care less about emissions. consumers want reliable products, delightful user experience, and an electric bill that is affordable. few. am I wrong?

This is a great observation. We can build infrastructure in the US. But why can we build data centers and not high speed trains?
Hyperscale Data Center Count Hits 1,136 basically carrying the entire US economy's GDP growth!. US Accounts for 54% of Total Capacity. So the U.S. can build stuff!!

125 years ago, ships hunted whales for oil, now a bygone era. Today, data centers rely on natural gas for power. In 2150, solar might render this a history book chapter.

the vast majority of people don't understand bitcoin yet. they don't own it, and they don't use it. meanwhile, with every contribution, every day, bitcoin gets a little better. we, the open source developers working on it, will keep improving bitcoin for many decades to come.
