Remembering my brother Kylan, who was killed in Iraq on Aug 21, 2003. He loved history and cared deeply about making sure his country did the right thing. I donated to @n1leftbehind today to support Afghans who risked their lives to help people like Kylan. #SaveOurAllies

Many thanks to @alexplitsas and our own Dave Hicks for highlighting that as this story disappears from the news cycle, the dangers faced by Afghans continue to increase.

#BREAKING: @IntegrityforUSA’s Charlottesville plaintiffs just won our lawsuit against the neo-Nazis, white supremacists, and hate groups responsible for the Unite the Right violence — securing huge financial judgments. (I am typing this through tears.)

Lots of folks are eager to help with the #AfghanEvac efforts. Our coalition spent some time discussing what we believe would move the needle the most. Here is what we came up with 🧵

Please read this very powerful open letter to POTUS, written by @RooftopLeader, which well captures the way so many of us feel. I know and respect John, he is a member of the #AfghanEvac coalition. I know there are many like John in the same boat. https://t.co/fUHmf3IuEU
