Oh. My. God. This is the greatest cooked breakfast that I have ever had aboard a train. I am zipping through Wales in the @tfwrail Dining Car, and THIS is breakfast between Cardiff and Manchester. Bacon & eggs & sausages (two), all the rest, plus my choice of toast, and jam on
