What is the best way to stop receiving invitations to review for @IEEEAccess ? Marking emails as a spam? I receive so many invitations every single day.

All of my coauthors are from a Chilean University, which means that money is probably scarcer than for a US or EU university. Any advice to give us? We have already been recalled we that must pay in order to have our paper published.

I can understand the reason to give up copyrights on our published papers. It is the way journal can make money. However, giving up copyright AND paying a whopping 2618 USD because of additional pages is definitely not right.

Hey SE researchers! We got a paper accepted at @ieeetse . Our initial submission was 17 pages long, and after having pleased the reviewers it is 22 pages long. We are now being charged for 10 additional pages, which represents 2618 USD. Is there a way to avoid this?.
