It's virtually inconceivable that Bove wasn't involved in high-level DOJ decision making around the Epstein files. He was involved in seemingly every other big, corrupt decision.
An excellent letter from Sen. Cory Booker on Emil Bove (whose judicial confirmation vote in committee is tomorrow)and Epstein. Bove seems to have been involved on March 7 in placing Andrew Rohrbach, who successfully prosecuted Epstein’s accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell, on leave.
