The MAGA Justices have Trump's back no matter the cost. ✅Kept him on the ballot ✅Delayed his criminal trials ✅Shielded him from consequences So why would anyone think they'll suddenly stand up to him now? The courts won't save us. But that doesn't mean we stop fighting.

The family of Jeffrey and Michelle Bauer from Crandon is suing Tesla after a crash last year that killed five close friends near Madison. Their children say their parents survived the initial crash but couldn’t escape because of Tesla’s design and battery fire.

Trump’s new trick: declare “violence,” ignore the law, deploy troops, and wait for his MAGA Court to rubber-stamp it. They’ve bailed him out before. Will they hand him martial powers too?

Food banks are collapsing under pressure. SNAP serves 1 in 8 Americans. Trump is blocking funds Congress already authorized. Now he wants the Supreme Court to rubber-stamp hunger. Tell your governor to fight back! https://t.co/V2EcuWmv9N

Clarence Thomas has openly mocked precedent, calling Obergefell the product of an “orangutan driving the train.” Now the Court is deciding whether to hear a case that could erase marriage equality. Don’t look away. Stay LOUD.

🚨 SCOTUS just greenlit Trump’s rollback of trans rights—again. Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson called it what it is: “A pointless but painful perversion of our equitable discretion.” Trans people deserve dignity. Not discrimination in their identity documents.

Today, SCOTUS is quietly considering taking up a case that could overturn marriage equality.🏳️‍🌈 Obergefell v. Hodges is under threat. If four justices vote to hear it, LGBTQ+ families across the country could face legal uncertainty—again.

Imagine needing to show your passport and knowing it outs you every time. That it doesn’t reflect who you are. That the government forced it to lie. That’s the reality this Court just upheld—for no reason except to have Trump’s back.

The MAGA justices already gutted abortion rights, voting protections, and presidential accountability. Now they could hand Trump unilateral power to rig the economy. We’re watching. We’re organizing. And we’re not backing down.

Trump slapped tariffs on entire industries without Congress—jacking up prices on working families. But if you’re in his inner circle? You got an exemption. This case is about abuse of power, plain and simple. SCOTUS gets to decide: Will they side with the people or with Trump?

Attorneys general in 25+ states are suing to keep SNAP alive. Judges say Trump must release the funds. But he’s heading to his MAGA Supreme Court to overrule them—and keep 40 million people in limbo. This is calculated, intentional cruelty.

🚨TOMORROW: The Supreme Court will decide whether to hear Kim Davis’s case—aimed at overturning Obergefell v. Hodges. Yes, that Kim Davis. Yes, that marriage equality case. All it takes is 4 justices to take it up—and 5 to erase your rights. Stay loud.

Any other president would work to feed families during a shutdown. Trump? He’s blocking emergency SNAP funds—letting 40 million people go hungry to score political points. Two courts told him to stop. Now he’s appealing to his MAGA Supreme Court. Again.

Today SCOTUS hears the Trump tariffs case. The question: Can a president impose massive tariffs by just saying “emergency”? Even conservative groups say no. Cato, Goldwater, Chamber of Commerce, and 207 lawmakers are siding against Trump.

The Trump tariffs case isn’t just about trade. It’s about whether the president can bypass Congress and tax the country by executive order. SCOTUS hears it today. Even the right-wing legal world is alarmed.

The Supreme Court has struck down executive overreach before—COVID mandates, eviction moratoriums, student loan waivers. Will it do the same when Trump tries to tax the world illegally bypassing Congress? This case is a constitutional gut check.

Trump tried to federalize Illinois’s National Guard without consent, triggering an immediate court block. His response? Call his MAGA-majority Supreme Court: his favorite problem-solving hotline. When you’ve packed the bench, the Constitution’s apparently just a suggestion.

Tariffs are taxes. The Constitution says Congress controls taxes. Trump invoked IEEPA—a Cold War law meant for real emergencies—to bypass that. A bipartisan Senate said no. Will the Supreme Court uphold the Constitution—or rewrite it for him?
