I almost got scammed and lost my X account to this person claiming to work at TechCrunch. Clicking on that link asks me to authorise "Calendly" supposedly, which would have full access to my account. The unfurled URL is "oauthv1[.]com/crunch". Be careful out there.

An interesting twist in my recent usage of SQLite was the fact that I noticed my research scripts and the database intertwine more. SQLite is unique in that it really lives in-process, unlike...

Last week, we asked Devin to make a change. It added an event on the banner component mount, which caused 6.6M @posthog events in one week, which will cost us $733 Devin cost $500 + $733 = $1273 😢👍 Lesson - Review AI-generated code multiple times

I'm curious how the folks are doing that invested in stuff on the #Metaverse. 🍿 Or the folks who bought some #NFT PNG images. 🍿 Or the folks who claimed that #Clubhouse is the next big thing so they gave the app their whole roster and private data. 🍿

It's not like people are usually reading the legal terms of services they're using but @Apple can't do consistent spelling of the word email either on their @iCloud terms. 😉 https://t.co/1SArcL5y5u
Okay @github / @GitHubEng, you finally made it to my bug thread. I just want to access my account settings. I'm getting the sign in view and after submitting it just says that I'm already signed in and I'm back on the dashboard again.

🔥 @tenderlove just dropped an incredible optimization: - ✨ 22% reduction in allocations for every ActiveRecord#new - 🚀Complete elimination of allocations in ActiveRecord#respond_to? That's a big performance win for the community! https://t.co/edPuD0KZVz 🤯 #rubyonrails

We're trying to make instantiating models cheaper (for example doing Post.new), and discovered in the course of profiling that respond_to? is responsible for some amount of initialization a...

I think that I might have a neat idea for something at a #Ruby / #Rails #conference that people might talk about. To do that I'd need someone to #sponsor this. So please share this so that folks who might want have visibility at a Ruby/Rails #conf see this. #followerpower
