I expect @Comey to present "direct" evidence of "actual" vindictiveness by Trump (animus + but for animus no indictment) & "realistic/reasonable likelihood" of vindictiveness = presumption of vindictive prosecution (that Halligan won't be able to rebut).
James Comey is expected to file motion by tomorrow to get his criminal case dismissed as “vindictive prosecution”
