I said it before, I'll say it again: By the time all is said and done the @ManhattanDA's spit & glue, politically-motivated, prosecution of Trump will be thrown out, either by NYS courts or by the SCOTUS. https://t.co/A6WV63DuZ5

"Stalking Horse" Hack Halligan signed indictment & presented case to GJ. Judge deciding @Comey mtn dismiss should examine GJ transcript to see what Halligan presented to (and hid from) the GJ. Hey Halligan! Why didn't you present substantial exculpatory evidence? @AnnaBower

JUST IN: Comey moves to dismiss the indictment against him for vindictive/selective prosecution, arguing that the prosecution stems directly form Trump's overt personal animus toward him and calls to put him in prison. https://t.co/NcRzFfUnFs

I expect @Comey to present "direct" evidence of "actual" vindictiveness by Trump (animus + but for animus no indictment) & "realistic/reasonable likelihood" of vindictiveness = presumption of vindictive prosecution (that Halligan won't be able to rebut).

How is the Govt going to establish BARD that Bolton transmitted or retained the NDI documents with the "specific intent" to violate the law (in general, not 793(d) or (e) in particular)?

Clearly the best choice for NYC. And clearly won't win. Sad for NYC and Democrats nationwide who try to win elections and who will be linked to ZM and his far Left policies whether they like it or not.
