I don't trust any numbers from Canadian govt. stats and always proven right. That way of assessing has helped me in planning for the future.
🚨BREAKING STATS CANADA NOW FIGURES IT UNDERCOUNTED TEMP RESIDENTS BY ALMOST 50% in its 2021 census Canada has NO IDEA who, or HOW MANY, foreign nationals are in this country!

Had many conversations with doctors, and it seems not many medical programs cover nutrition and supplementation.
Creatine is probably not harming our kidneys. Studies using doses up to 11 grams per day for a year have found no harmful effects on kidney, liver, or cardiovascular markers in healthy people. Yet the “creatine ruins your kidneys” myth refuses to die. Even some healthcare

Terra preta is the natural evolution of understanding jungle nutrients. Today, disconnection, shallow education, and brainrot content keep us asleep to the intelligence of our environment. https://t.co/pmlc1Ac44Q

In 2025, Canadian business needs reinforced doors. Maybe manufacturing and construction industries in Canada should pivot into making armored houses and end-of-the-world Mad Max-style bug-out cars.

Following this account for a while. That data presented in this account is a good metric of conditions in Ontario.

Another bizarre realization: it seems doctors don't have pharmacognosy in their curriculum. No wonder they don't see antiviral, anti-inflammatory, or analgesic effects of plants. This link is another extension of that problem.
There IS proof that supplementing with nutrients impacts mental health 🧠 But most people (including many doctors) haven’t seen it, because the media rarely covers it. The truth is: ✅ Our diets alone are often not enough to meet our nutrient needs. ✅ Supplementation can be

I remembered this story during my hike in the Amazon. It's a harsh environment. Just the insects and infections can take people out. Modern city folks on poor diets can also get a lot of inflammation after insect bites. Just my observation. Good survival story; do check it out.
This is Juliane Koepcke. In 1971, she plunged 10,000+ feet from a plane into the wild Amazon jungle. That’s like dropping from 4 Burj Khalifas without a parachute. But no one saw what was coming next. This is one of the most insane survival stories of all time: 🧵

New US Surgeon General – Dr. Casey Means is one of few doctors pointing out issues with food and nutrition. Mostly all the points are also valid in Canada, and rapidly developing countries that a following policies and recommendations from US.
Casey Means has gone viral before—but her Senate testimony on the chronic disease epidemic was one of the most powerful MAHA moments of the year. “I learned virtually nothing at Stanford Medical School about the tens of thousands of scientific papers that elucidate the root
