Dear @Uber,booked über on 6/8/2019 at 6:20am to railway station and driver didn’t turn up on time.On enquiring on phone he said he was not ready to go.lost vital time I asked him to cancel the trip so that next driver could be aligned automatically which he arrogantly denied .
