Hey @Lenskart_com I returned two boxes of contact lenses last week but you guys initiated refund of one box only. I have DM multiple times but looks like you guys are ignoring the customer. Why are you cheating with customer ? #lenskartfraud.

This company is not customer centric. There is no value for the customer for them. Dont cheat with the customer and mentally harrass for the simple thing. Customer is facing lot of trouble daily because of you guys.

Never ever buy a policy from policybazaar. They are useless and their staff act like robot and keep saying we will update shortly. I tagged higher management also but they are not interested to provide good services to customer and not willing to look the case. 3/n.

I have spent lot of time and wasted my energy but looks like their staff is not interested to handle the case. They are cheating with the customer. Every year customer is paying huge premium to them but when customer needs help then they dont help and cheat. #fraud .2/n.
