Once described as “an anaemic Robert Redford”. My name doesn't rhyme with runner.

Genuinely thought that was Harry Redknapp when I first looked at the picture.

Imagine the message it would send if @GaryLineker won 'Presenter of the Year' at this year's National Television Awards Standing up for compassion, integrity, and the right to speak out And the feathers it would ruffle... My lovely followers, you know what to do: 👉 Vote

I cannot imagine a more depressing and odious headline than this.
Tony Blair met Donald Trump this week to discuss the future of the besieged territory. 🌎 @katiestallard: Blair has plans for post-war Gaza https://t.co/wK3RZNxKx1

Nelson Mandela would be sat in Parliament Square. Martin Luther King would be sat in parliament Square. Emily Pankhurst would be sat in parliament Square. This labour government and the Met would arrest each and every one of them.

It really is not rocket science. If this Labour government is to rebuild the country, it must start with the scourge of poverty – in all its forms. There can be no credible definition of success that does not include its eradication as a central goal. To those who say that in
The PLP needs to put its foot down & stop this nonsense briefed out by some of the clowns around No10. The idea that scrapping the 2 child limit is to be some sort of punishment beating of the PLP for voting against disability benefit cuts is disgusting.

Labour peer Peter Hain making the point that this govt would have called him a terrorist for his participation in anti apartheid direct action protests in the 1970's. He also argues that this govt would have called the suffragettes terrorists too.

Parliament in a nutshell: Yesterday MPs, including Yvette Cooper, celebrated the suffragette legacy of civil disobedience that won women the right to vote.. Only to then vote to designate non-violent direct action group Palestine Action as terrorists. Westminster is broken.

The Greenham Common women caused damage and disruption. Some were arrested. They were not terrorists. They were peaceful protestors and they were right. Same for anti-apartheid activists, who supported the ANC (called terrorists by the government). https://t.co/mjgPEYXsuk

This is just nonsense. The spending review a couple of weeks ago confirmed that the arts will receive further cuts, meaning that arts spending will now be down by a third per capita since 2010. Does the PM think our memories are so short?
I’m backing Britain's world leading creative industries to drive growth in our regions. With a £380 million investment, we'll create thousands of good jobs across the UK, putting more money in people's pockets.

When JACK NICHOLSON won a BAFTA for Chinatown, he accepted the award from the set of ONE FLEW OVER THE CUCKOO'S NEST. One of the great acceptance speeches.

Support for whom? Perhaps Keir Starmer would like to clarify why he is happy to assist the aggressor in this case?
BREAKING - the PM's told reporters on way to the G7 that UK is sending more jets to the Middle East amid intense fighting between Israel and Iran. The Prime Minister said military aircraft were being sent ‘for contingency support across the region’.

“mostly peaceful bombing” One might think this is a parody account but this is an actual US Congressman.
I want to congratulate @Israel on its mostly peaceful bombing of Iran.

The perfect send-off. Sure. I mean, apart from the fact it wasn’t a send-off, it was a title celebration for the whole club and the city of Liverpool, and a madman drove his car into a crowd, injuring more than 50 people - which Trent hasn’t even mentioned on his timeline. Twat.
