Despite the grim numbers, my hope is that 86% word of mouth on this film will give it "legs". It deserves to be a blockbuster IMO. So few films do I see and this one I'll see at least twice.
Following its theatrical debut on October 10, 2025, #TronAres holds a 54% Tomatometer while the audience score sits at a much stronger 86% on Rotten Tomatoes at the time of writing. π
This is above #Tron (1982)'s 69% audience score and above #TronLegacy's 64%. πΏ

In Ridley Scott's director's cut of Legend, Lili sings a song to the unicorns, which is why they go to her. The Jerry Goldsmith score was cut by Universal CEO Sid Sheinberg, and when he hired Tangerine Dream to rescore it, they had filmed it to Jerry's score, so they cut it.

The director's cut of Ridley Scott's LEGEND is a very different experience from the US version. It's longer, much more surreal, scarier, the characters are more fleshed out, and the score is by Jerry Goldsmith!
