My carry-on was flagged because of a box of Thin Mints.
TSA at the PHX airport just flagged my daughter's backpack, the contents of which entirely consisted of her fuzzy kitty cat. It terrified her for 15 minutes and was completely pointless. When I asked him what he flagged he shrugged, and said "I can flag whatever I want.".
