The Financial Feminist podcast by @herfirst100K is so important—despite currently being in the 22nd grade (👀) I never learned about💰in school and was lost when both my parents died during the pandemic. Money management is self care!
I've "lost" hundreds of thousands of dollars in the stock market in the past few weeks. But here's the deal: you have not lost (or gained!) money unless you sell. Buy and hold. For decades.

Finishing a dissertation during a pandemic is hard, and I've been feeling really burned out and exhausted lately. But seeing all these badass women adding "Dr." to their names on here is exactly the motivation I needed to get back to work.

THIS! Ableist language is so common, people don't think about it. The ones I still mess up on are "crazy" and "insane". But, I'm working on it bc I don't want to add to stigma about mental illness.
