Me and @CtheLala are in @UtilityDive today stating, in no uncertain terms, that we are in for a torturous FEOC rulemaking process that will *disincentivize* developers from making investments. Thanks @dianadigangi for putting this great piece together!

All correct! Really good steelman case. I'll also say that tax credits are now something that developers can treat as collateral to borrow against when they secure financing. Tax credits help lower lenders' credit risks, too!.
