Prevailing opinion: India playing Pakistan in the Asia Cup is the triumph of BCCI's (and sponsors') greed over patriotism. Real Reason: Fear, not greed. The fear that India won't be allowed to host the Olympics if it boycotts Pakistan in multilateral sporting events.

Terribly sad that India Vs Pakistan Asia Cup match is being played while Pakistan fuels terror. 25 innocent Indian lives were brutally taken in Pahalgam - killed only after their religion was checked. And yet cricket takes centerstage over National Unity against Terror? Shameful.

After 10,000 years in Body Economy and 250 years in Skill Economy, we are now in the Brain Economy. #Marxist framework (labour=body/skill) will no longer hold. Relationship between #Capital & #Labour will be different. The market value will be order of magnitude different.

1st gen IT companies built Indian brand of reliability, talent pool and tech expertise. 2nd gen were local companies like Flipkart, inspiring youngsters to start platforms that resulted in hundreds of unicorns. 3rd gen is building 3D printed rocket engines & Quantum data centres.

I humbly disagree that my post is “idiotic.” It is not idiotic to say that the Indian IT sector has failed India in the age of technology for over three decades by failing to invest the money it has earned in local innovation. This lack of investment has hindered India’s

I'd like to thank everyone on this network - we can all work together to make sure than not one more life is lost due to lack of blood. I started this is in 2008, and after 5 years had only 5000 people. Partly cos I wanted to stay anonymous. I quit a entrepreneurship stint to

Mrs Murthy contradicts herself: at 00:50 she says, Humayun asked his advisors what is this and they told him it's the call of a sister and it's the custom of the land. Then she says, this is how it began. If it was the custom of the land, how did it begin then? :)

India is an ancient civilization, a young country and an adolescent economy. Much of our paradoxes can be explained by the interplay between the three. Jai Hind!

What does one do when terrible things happen to you and your family? How do you fight/survive, in a system that's rigged? I was depressed, then, was rooting, and finally almost cried with happiness. A touching story of a mother's resilience and love. @harishvasudevan
