An excellent read on how it feels to work at openai today by @calvinfo . Refreshing to see a balanced take. Highlights:.- long hours but great people, highly autonomous, gtd from the edges.- everything is hosted on Azure but using k8s and handrolled. - deploying the monolith.

I'm spawning VMs, cloning user sessions, getting Claude Code to run automation scripts, wrapping it with a user proxy, and syncing the results across sessions using a shared filesystem/ realtime db. V exciting and about to be v productive.
btw by far the most interesting new pattern we are seeing in @latentspacepod (upcoming with @olivierddr and @sdrzn and @pashmerepat) . is that people are using @claude_code and @Cline for non-coding tasks and this is becoming surprisingly effective for things like sales/BI

anybody else notice that claude --dangerously-skip-permissions stops taking user input at some point? weird bug but you can't interrupt or talk to Claude when it's running away on you. cc @claude_code.
