💯💯 “Tim O’Reilly has a wonderful metaphor for money: he says money is like gasoline while driving across country on a road trip. You never want to run out, but the point of life is not to go on a tour of gas stations.”

An underrated cheat code in life: being easy to work with. Show up early. Be kind. Do more than your share. Be reliable and consistent.

Seriously, how good are the Barmy Army?? They’ve watched their cricket side get belted all summer, but still show up every day singing and laughing, and cleaning rubbish up at the Adelaide Oval. I’ll give credit where credit is due. Well done Barmy Army #Ashes #cricket

We’re taking our first trip without our 3-year-old. It’s only for a week, but I'm already wondering how we will do without our child. 😅

The days prior to heading on a vacation are the best. You are excited and looking forward to the near future. Everything is downhill from there :)

As someone who works in support, I try most AI chatbots, and most are bad. @premium support through Grok in the limited chats I've had is actually excellent.

Atlassian placed "Contact Sales" in a strategic location, and I accidentally clicked it. I don't know why I should contact sales when I am already on their paid plan. 😕

The only marketing email I read without fail is from FirstRound. Their emails and articles are top notch.

"I realized I was sitting at a bullshit, low stakes table, and there's a bigger game to be played." There is no greater and more meaningful experience to be had as a human being than raising kids.

Not having kids is a life hack. I spend my summers in Europe, take cross-country road trips, and disappear off-grid on weekends. The money I’d spend on kids goes to investing, experiences, and freedom. Different priorities. Different definition of rich.

I loved what Tillotama Shome shared in a recent interview, and it spoke to me. This point is relevant to all of us, and she says it so beautifully. h/t @TillotamaShome

Dad is admiring a car he sees parked in a restaurant parking lot, it reminds him of his old car that he had to sell to help raise kids. He's reminiscing and telling stories, then the daughter hands him the keys 🥹 https://t.co/aGSnbJleMt

Here's something nice to say about Rob Reiner. Stand by Me is one of the greatest movies of all time. It is a timeless classic and few people have made a film as good as it.
