Name pending for processing for 20 days now. Helpline executive says, there is no fix time to process it, meaning they can take whatever time they want (60, 90, 100 days etc) to process it. This is crazy ! @HelpdeskMCA21V3 @MCA21India @nsitharaman @nsitha

As per the prescribed guidelines, MCA tickets are expected to be resolved within 48 hours. However, it has been over 15 days since ticket FO_202505152507112 was raised, and there has been no resolution or update on the matter yet. @MCA21India @HelpdeskMCA21V3 @nsitharaman

Company name reservation applied y'day got approved today. Another name was applied on 12th May, still pending for processing. It has been 15 days. What is going on @MCA21India @HelpdeskMCA21V3 ?

Dear @nsitharaman ji, An application for name reservation for the incorporation of a private company was submitted on 9th May. Unfortunately, even after 15 days, the application remains unprocessed. This delay hampers the spirit of #EaseOfDoingBusiness. Kindly help.
