Thinking back to 2019 and consulting on the @kickstarter campaign to Restore Mission Control where my dad worked so many years. What a privilege to help out with this effort. And to 1969, when my dad wasn’t on console but back home w my mom, watching the first steps.

A motion for media to start using "space tourist" to describe people going to space for fun. It's fine, but it's not synonymous with being an astronaut or cosmonaut, which means "space sailor" or "universe sailor" respectively. I don't become a sailor when I board a cruise ship.
