Nantucket whalers nearly decimated the whale population back in the “whaling days”, but are careful to protect them now. PLEASE, Nantucket, let’s work to stop #offshorewind development from destroying the environment that these whales call home. @GreenOceansRI @saveLBIorg

Since the offshore wind industry began converting our ocean into a power plant, we have seen an epic increase in dead whales. Yesterday, a sperm whale washed up on nantucket's north shore. A very sad day. @njcoast_protect @saveLBIorg
