Dr. John Coniglio has been a head and neck cancer surgeon in Rochester for more than 30 years. When Connie Wolf was referred to Dr. Coniglio, she was familiar with him because she had been his son Andrew’s first-grade teacher back in 1993.

Matthew Moore has a new heart after living 4 months without a human heart beating in his chest. @DukeCTSurgery transplant surgeons performed the #HeartTransplant 11/22, swapping out the artificial heart that kept him alive. @DukeHrtFailure | @DukeHeartCenter | @DukeHospital
