Nobody’s going to use Street View for landmarks once they can just fly around in a Gaussian Splat. Search a place → press “3D view” → you’re there.

Even LDR splats can go HDR (>1.0 radiance) with its trained SH lighting — great for spotting emissive areas and driving bloom/glare. Shoutout to @playcanvas for the HDR pipeline. Now LIVE in @arrival_space_ Scene by @VRTAKAYAN (link in comments).

Random osu! dev idea: what if we attached the hash of the replay to every osu! score, then even scores out of the top 1k could be recalculated with a better pp algorithm since it would have access to the replay.
