Sometimes we’re closer to the breakthrough than we think . Keep showing up and watch what God can do.

4 days prior I ran a 6:12 mile…fastest I’ve done in the last 3 years . These were gifts from the Lord and a great reminder from Him . ‘Do not grow weary in doing good, for at the proper time you will reap a harvest, if you do not give up.’ . Galatians 6:9.

This has been a challenging season . God is taking me through: ‘the dark night of the soul’ season . In this season He’s continually told me to: ‘stay the course’ . Yesterday I did an InBody scan at the gym and weighed in at 227 lbs. and 11.3% Body Fat….

And then sent them a thank you message as well. God is always redeeming…so even when restoration seems far away . Remember that He’s working in so many ways that we can’t see and making things beautiful.

I said, yes but he needed to ask her…she said yes too and we all walked into church together . We sat next to each other, worshipped together and my son wrote out prayers during the message . This is what grace is…I cried and thanked the Lord on the way home.

Sometimes the gift from the Lord isn’t the one we wanted…but it’s always beautiful and restorative . This last my son and I got to church at the same time as his mom and her bf got there . He asked me: ‘Dad can mom and her bf sit w/ us?’.
