I’ve got news! I’m headed to Harvard and the Radcliffe Institute next year with a host of incredible fellows. I’m really excited to take this time, finish book 3, and work on some new-new things too! So grateful🙏🏾✨

Happy Pub Day to my polycephalic goat kid, my virgo baby, the great and tender animal i pulled from my own ribs. seven years of labor solidified into this one moment. below is a thread of all the poems in the book that are (currently) published.

Really wish they would've included this. It was the second half of the "Be" intro produced by Kanye. I was told Common/Kanye cut it at the last minute because it didn't fit the vibe of the album. I agree but it's still a crazy record.

Okay so Common’s 20th anniversary edition of ‘Be’ included no unheard gems from him and 2005-era Kanye, but we did finally get the studio version of “The Food” on DSPs and the very rare J Dilla collab “The Movement”

It's been a bit since I've been on this app, but I'm resurfacing to say my third poetry collection, DEAR MOTHERSHIP, is forthcoming from @eccobooks in 2026! I've experienced a lot of life & loss & love since Silencer, & it's all on display in this book. Can't wait to share✨

The small and precious light in this poem by @a2poet has been with me all evening. I am sharing it because is one of the gentlest, most tender elegies I've read. https://t.co/VCMMrSvln5
