Tea for breakfast, coffee driving to work, tap water the rest of the day. Might have orange or tomato juice at the weekend. 90% coffee & soda would explode my head ๐.
How much of your daily hydration comes from coffee and diet soda?. Mine is at least 50%, sometimes 90%+.

This is so important. Getting this wrong isn't an option. It's life changing. Really is.
Thread for those who do not understand why I might be against Anaesthesia Associates or whatever they might want to call themselves. Anaesthesia is high risk area - one colleague used to say my job involves giving sublethal doses of dangerous drugs & wakening you up at the end.
